TRAVIS SCOTT’S LONDON PERFORMANCE DELIVERS DAVIDO JAW-DROPPING PERFORMANCE

On Saturday, August 6, 2022, Nigerian superstar Davido performed as a guest artist during Travis Scott’s O2 concert in London, thrilling the crowd.
Details: Travis Scott, a Grammy Award-winning rapper and producer from the United States, returned to the spotlight on August 6, 2022 at London’s legendary O2 Arena.
The sold-out performance was his first since the tragic disaster at his Houston stop of his 2021 Astroworld Tour, which left at least 8 people dead and numerous others injured.
NBA players James Harden and Kevin Durant were present at the concert, and Travis Scott introduced African megastar Davido, who was warmly welcomed by the crowd.
Performance by Davido: Davido dazzled the crowd with some of his international songs, including “Fall” and “If.” The multiple award-winning Superstar sold out the Arena twice and really made the home field advantage count. O2 was like a home haven for him.
Nigerian Artists on the Big Stages in 2022: Another instance of Nigerian celebrities performing with their foreign contemporaries was Davido’s appearance as a guest performer in Travis Scott’s 02 concert.
During the American singer-“Justice songwriter’s Tour” in 2022, Omah Lay and Justin Bieber performed their joint song, “Attention.” Chris Brown performed on stage with Rema and Lojay at Afronation Portugal.
While at Ed Sheeran’s Wembley Stadium performance, Burna Boy and Fireboy made cameos.
This trend is a testament to the new height of Afrobeats and it can be expected to continue.
