BRAZIL WELCOMES PRESIDENT TINUBU WITH FULL MILITARY HONOURS

Brazil on Monday rolled out full military honours at the Planalto Palace in Brasília to receive Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu.
Tinubu was welcomed by his host, President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, during an official reception at the presidential palace.
Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, confirmed the ceremony in a post on X, noting that the event took place on August 25, 2025.
He shared images of the reception, stating: “Brazil’s President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva welcomed President Bola Tinubu with full military honours.”
