Nollywood actress Juliana Olayode has revealed that some unmarried people approach her to ask whether they should assess sexual compatibility with their partners before getting married.
The actress described the subject as one of the uncomfortable conversations she frequently encounters in her role as an advocate of purity.
In a social media post, Olayode disclosed that people regularly approach her with questions, concerns and personal experiences relating to sex, relationships and their Christian beliefs.
She admitted that some of the discussions involve topics and expressions she would not ordinarily engage in with close friends or within her Christian circle.
“Sometimes, people say things I wouldn’t ordinarily say or use words that aren’t even in my vocabulary,” she wrote.
According to her, she has learnt to accommodate such conversations because many people are genuinely seeking clarity and guidance on issues they find difficult to discuss.
“People are hungry for these conversations. People want answers. People want to understand. And some people genuinely want to know what God’s Word says about the things they are struggling with,” she added.
