BREAKING: WAEC ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF 2025 WASSCE RESULTS

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has officially announced the release of the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results for school candidates.
The announcement was made on Monday, August 4, 2025, via a statement shared on WAEC’s official X (formerly known as Twitter) handle.
The examination body confirmed that candidates who participated in this year’s WASSCE can now access their results online.
The statement reads,
“The West African Examinations Council is pleased to inform candidates who sat WASSCE for School Candidates, 2025 that the result has officially been released today, Monday, August 4, 2025.”
WAEC also encouraged all candidates to access their results through the council’s official result-checking portal.
“Visit [http://waecdirect.org](http://waecdirect.org) to view your result,” the examination body advised.
