MAYORKUN REUNITES WITH DAVIDO ON NEW SONG ‘B4 B4’

Nigerian singer Mayorkun is set to reunite with Afrobeats superstar Davido on a new song titled “B4 B4,” scheduled for release on July 31, 2026.

Mayorkun announced the collaboration on Wednesday through his verified Instagram page, sharing a promotional photo of himself and Davido alongside the caption, “New Music! This Friday! ‘B4 B4’ #Oriade.”

The song is featured on Davido’s forthcoming album, “Oriadé.”

The announcement has generated excitement among fans, entertainers and other members of the Nigerian music industry, with several celebrities reacting to the reunion on social media.

Davido also acknowledged the collaboration by commenting, “WE BACK,” on Mayorkun’s post.

Other entertainers, including content creator Officer Woos, music producer Tolazfab and Lanreysgram, expressed excitement over the upcoming release, while fans flooded the comment section with messages of anticipation.

The collaboration marks the first musical reunion between Davido and Mayorkun since the latter left Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) in 2021 to pursue an independent career.

The pair have previously worked together on several songs, including “Prayer” in 2017, “Mind” and “Bobo” in 2018, “Betty Butter” and “The Best” in 2020, and “Cho Cho” in 2021.

Fans are now looking forward to the release of “B4 B4” as the two artistes reunite musically after several years apart.
