Hon. Desmond Elliot has appealed to the Chief of Staff to President Bola Tinubu, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, seeking forgiveness and reintegration into the APC family in Lagos.
Elliot reportedly acknowledged that he was misguided during the last APC primary election, accepted the verdict of the people of Surulere, and pledged renewed loyalty to the leadership of the Governance Advisory Council (GAC) in Lagos.
He also denied reports that he would work with former President Olusegun Obasanjo or Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
