PHYNA SIGNALS WILLINGNESS TO RECONCILE WITH DAVIDO, OPEN TO APOLOGY

Former Big Brother Naija winner, Phyna, has expressed a desire to reconcile with singer Davido, nearly two years after their widely publicised online spat.
According to The Media, the feud began in October 2023 when Davido liked a post on X that referred to Phyna’s fans as “useless.”
Phyna responded at the time while congratulating Davido on the birth of his twins with Chioma, questioning whether she had done anything to deserve his animosity.
In the original online exchange, Davido responded that he did not know who Phyna was, prompting the reality star to reply, “God knows me,” and unfollow him on Instagram.
However, during a recent livestream, Phyna expressed her desire to reconnect with the singer, saying she is ready to publicly apologise and seeking clarity on the root of their fallout.
“If I get the opportunity to stream with Davido, I will take it. Yes, he senior me, he choke pass me normal. I’m going to tender an apology to him, but before that, we need to understand where our quarrel really came from,” she said in pidgin.
She added, “Like Baba Ibeji needs to really tell me if it was a mistake that he liked that comment which probably caused this. Then he can explain his side, because you see, I don’t really know what he meant, it could be that we took it the wrong way.”
