The police command, under the leadership of CP Samuel E. Erale, has arrested 25 suspects for allegedly attempting to mob and murder a police officer while he was carrying out his lawful duties.
The command said the arrests serve as a warning to miscreants and cultists who may attempt to obstruct police officers from performing their constitutional responsibilities.
The suspects are expected to be arraigned in court soon.
