Paris Saint-Germain came from behind to defeat Barcelona 4-2 in a thrilling UEFA Champions League encounter at the Parc des Princes on Tuesday.
Desire Doue opened the scoring for the hosts in the 38th minute after capitalising on a Barcelona error, but Xavi Espart restored parity for the Spanish side in the 55th minute.
PSG regained the lead in the 72nd minute when Lucas Hernandez scored with a header. However, Lamine Yamal brought Barcelona level again seven minutes later.
Vitinha put the French champions ahead for the third time in the 81st minute before Fabian Ruiz sealed the victory with a goal in the 86th minute.

The result strengthened PSG’s position in the Champions League league phase, while Barcelona were left to rue defensive lapses that undermined their efforts to fight back into the contest.
Both teams had won their opening two fixtures before Tuesday’s encounter, making the match a key test of their early-season form in the competition.
PSG also suffered an injury concern, with Ousmane Dembele substituted earlier in the match over a suspected injury. Barcelona’s Dani Olmo was also forced out of the contest in the first half after sustaining an injury.
