RIVERS JUDGES BACK ON BENCH AFTER CHRISTMAS RECESS

Judges of the Rivers State High Court have resumed official duties following the conclusion of the court’s Christmas vacation.
The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor Amadi, had previously announced that the court’s holiday break would run from Thursday, December 23, 2025, to Friday, January 9, 2026.
In a statement released by the Chief Registrar, David Ihua-Maduenyi, the Chief Judge reminded the public of the resumption of court activities.
According to the statement, full judicial proceedings resumed on Monday, January 12, 2026.
