Singer, Soul E is now a pastor, holds crusades in South Africa
As we all know, Soul E is now a pastor in South Africa where he now holds crusades and revival programmes.
According to Tori.ng, Soul E whose original name is Emmanuel Okose is now referred to as ‘Prophet Emmanuel‘ and pastors a church known as ‘The Evidence Church of God.’
It is also reported that the former singer now holds revival programmes and crusades. Soul E who relocated from Nigeria back in 2013 gave his life to Christ and became a man of God.
Back in 2014 during a chat with Encomium Magazine, Soul E revealed that he was called into the office by God. At that time he was said to be working on a double (Gospel/International) album.
“I don’t like talking about myself but by the grace of God, I would say I was called into the office of a prophet.”, he said.
When asked about his calling he revealed that he was called to bless people around the world. Soul E joins a growing list of celebrities who have taken the religious calling, choosing to serve God. They include Liz Benson, Eucharia Anunobi, Helen Ukpabio, Zack Orji, Sidney Dialla, Patrick Doyle, and Larry Coldsweat.
It would be recalled that in December 2017, Soul E’s former wife, Queen Ure got married again many years after her marriage to the singer crashed. She later found love in the arms of a pastor, Silas Briyork-Newman.
