TRANSFER: SENIOR REAL MADRID OFFICIALS AGREE TO SELL VINICIUS JR

Senior officials at Real Madrid are reportedly in favour of selling Vinicius Junior this summer if the Brazilian forward fails to agree a new contract with the club.
According to AS, the Spanish giants are unwilling to risk losing the 26-year-old on a free transfer when his current deal expires in June 2027.
With just one year remaining on his contract, Vinicius will be eligible to negotiate a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs from January.
The report said influential figures within the club believe Madrid should cash in on the winger rather than allow him to leave without a transfer fee.
Fresh contract talks between Vinicius and Real Madrid are expected to take place later this week.
Although the Brazilian is reportedly prepared to accept the salary being offered, negotiations remain deadlocked over the signing bonus he is demanding and his request for increased image rights.
