50-YEAR-OLD MAN RAPES THREE-YEAR-OLD GIRL TO DEATH
Abdullahi Sani a laborer, who lives at Jabiri Quarters, Funtua was arraigned before a Katsina State Senior Magistrates’ Court on Thursday and has been slammed with charges of rape and culpable homicide contrary to sections 283 and 221 of the Penal Code.
Reports said that, Sani invited the victim into an uncompleted building where he allegedly raped her.
After he was done with the devilish act, he threatened to kill the girl if she ever told anyone.
The police prosecutor, Inspector Sani Ado revealed to the court that investigation has ended but pleaded for a new date for trial.
The presiding magistrate, Hajiya Fadile Dikko, adjourned the case till November 20, 2018.
