‘I’D RATHER SIGN MBAPPE, HE’S MORE SENSIBLE COMPARED TO NEYMAR’ – DEL BOSQUE
Joseph Omoniyi
Ex-Real Madrid manager, Vicente Del Bosque has revealed that Kylian Mbappe would be a better signing for the Blancos than Neymar. He considered Neymar too childish.
There have been speculations suggesting that La Liga giants are considering one of the PSG duo to fortify their squad.
Neymar, who once graced the books of Clasico rivals Barcelona, has long been linked with a switch to Santiago Bernabeu.
When asked to take his pick between two superstar forwards at Paris Saint-Germain, the who once called the shots at Santiago Bernabeu said, : “I’d sign Mbappe because he seems more sensible. Neymar even imitates children throwing himself around.”
Neither he nor Neymar would come cheap, but Madrid are expected to hand Zinedine Zidane a sizeable transfer war chest this summer.
No player is considered to be out of their reach, but Del Bosque has urged his former employers to think carefully before making any recruitment calls.
