‘LIGHTING YOUR FUTURE’: WHAT THE YOUTHS CAN DO TO CHANGE NIGERIA FOR GOOD

Bolu: This country can never be good again. We’re headed for destruction in this country.
Uchenna: Why did you say that? We already are improving gradually.
Bolu: This little improvement is not what we need in this country. We need a lasting positive change.
Uchenna: They say that Rome was not built in one day.
Bolu: Yes???
Uchenna: If you know that, then why do we give up this way?
Bolu: But look at most of our leaders today. They were chosen to show us the way, but contrarily, their almost leading us astray.
Uchenna: But most of us just sit at home and pray. Why don’t you just do something because God might have chosen you to show us the way.
Bolu: How old am I? What can I do?
Uchenna: You are not too young. Age is just a number.

Most youths believe they cannot do anything to better their country and community. On the 31st of August, 2019, The Change of Nigeria will be organizing a programme for youths themed: ‘LIGHTING YOUR FUTURE’. This programme is aimed at helping youths to understand that they can do things to improve their community and also enlighten youths on things they can do to improve their community.

Time: 10am – 4pm
Venue: Brainy Educare Center, 45 Eric Manuel Crescent, Surulere, Lagos.
