MANCHESTER UNITED AGREE £59.5m DEAL WITH REAL MADRID FOR CASEMIRO
Casemiro, a midfielder for Real Madrid, will join Manchester United after a deal was finalised.
The 30-year-old will cost United £59.5 million (€70 million) with the transfer is subject to the agreement of personal terms, UK visa requirements and a medical.
A four-year contract with United, with an additional year’s option, is expected to be signed by Casemiro when he arrives in the UK within the next 24 to 48 hours.
The club president Florentino Perez will be involved in an “institutional act of homage and farewell to Casemiro on Monday morning at Real Madrid City,” according to a statement from Real Madrid.
Casemiro joined Real Madrid in 2013 and won three La Liga titles and the Champions League five times.
