BWALA CALLS PETER OBI A FAILED POLITICIAN
Daniel Bwala, the President’s Special Advisor on Media and Policy, has called Mr. Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s (LP) presidential candidate, a failed politician.
According to Bwala, Obi has no idea what democracy is.
The former governor made the statement after asserting that Nigerian democracy had fallen apart.
Obi said the gains made since Nigeria returned to civilian rule in 1999 had been undermined during his remarks at the 60th birthday colloquium for former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Emeka Ihedioha in Abuja on Monday.
In a post on his X handle on Tuesday, Bwala responded to Obi’s comments by stating that Obi has no history of democratic action from his school days to the present.
He said: “It is funny how failed politicians are trying to redefine democracy. @PeterObi said democracy has collapsed.
“Does he even know the meaning of democracy?
