A distressing incident reportedly occurred in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State, where a professional boxer allegedly fatally attacked a carpenter following a dispute over a burst football.
According to eyewitnesses, the victim — identified as a local carpenter — was playing football when the ball accidentally deflated and rolled into the path of the boxer, who then confronted the carpenter. What started as an apparent minor disagreement escalated rapidly, and the carpenter was said to have sustained fatal injuries following an attack.
