The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria has urged pilgrims who participated in the 2026 Hajj and Umrah exercise to submit complaints, comments and suggestions about services received during the pilgrimage for review and appropriate action.
NAHCON disclosed this in a statement shared on its official social media platforms on Tuesday, explaining that the initiative was part of its statutory responsibility to regulate and supervise organisations involved in Hajj and Umrah operations in Nigeria.
The commission said it had commenced a review of the 2026 Hajj and Umrah exercise and invited pilgrims to report any concerns regarding services provided by individuals or institutions during the exercise.
According to NAHCON, the feedback would help identify areas requiring improvement and enhance the quality of future Hajj and Umrah operations.
The commission also said the submissions would guide decisions on the renewal of licences for service providers involved in the pilgrimage.
The affected service providers include tour operators, State Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Boards, airlines, cargo companies, caterers and accommodation providers.
NAHCON further encouraged stakeholders and members of the public to submit suggestions and ideas on how to improve Hajj and Umrah operations in Nigeria.
The commission, however, directed that all complaints, comments and suggestions must include the full address of the person making the submission.
Pilgrims and stakeholders may submit their complaints to the Chairman/CEO, National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Plot 991/992 Zakariya Maimalari Street, Central Business District, Abuja, P.M.B. 375, Abuja.
NAHCON also provided the email addresses info@nigeriahajjcom.gov.ng, nahconoperations@gmail.com and nahcon2006info@gmail.com for electronic submissions.
The commission urged all interested pilgrims and stakeholders to submit their complaints, comments and suggestions on or before July 31, 2026.
