MERCY EKE’S AMVCA OUTFIT GETS REACTION FROM CARDI B

Mercy Eke, the 2019 Big Brother Naija winner, has captured the eye of Grammy award-winning rapper Cardi B once more with her attire to the just completed African Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards.

Mercy stunned on Sunday, May 20, as she showed off her form in a sultry custom-made Xtrabrideslagos Lagos gown. The gown included a corset-style bodice in a satin fabric that was richly bejeweled, as well as matching gloves and a cloak.

Her hair was fashioned in a basic low bun with soft curls, neatly disguised beneath the cloak. She finished the look with a glossy neutral lip and smokey eye makeup.

Swanky Jerry, a famous stylist, styled the 32-year-old reality TV star.

Rapper Cardi B, who liked the style, posted a photo of Mercy in her gown with the message “888888888” on her Instagram page.

This isn’t the first time Cardi has recognized Mercy’s style; in 2019, the ‘Bodak Yellow’ crooner remarked on another snapshot of the reality star in which she imitated one of the rapper’s looks.

Cardi reacted on the photograph, writing, ‘Wow lookin’ sexy.’

Netizens have continued to commend Mercy on her AMVCA outfit and on another Cardi B social media acknowledgment.
