Big Brother Naija host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has delivered a firm warning to the newly unveiled male housemates of Season 10, stressing that promoting brands or spending too much time sleeping during the day could lead to eviction.

Speaking to the 14 male contestants who joined the house during the second launch of the “10/10” edition, Ebuka emphasized that the game is now fully underway, urging them to stay focused and avoid any form of laxity.

“The show has started today,” he told the housemates. “If you say, ‘I want to use the first week to get to know the housemates,’ it will just pass. We need people that have energy.”

Ebuka made it clear that excessive daytime sleeping—anything over two hours—and unauthorized brand promotion would not be allowed in the house.

In addition to the warning, he urged the housemates to fully embrace the Big Brother experience by being open, forming genuine connections, and making the most of their time in the house.

“Don’t be afraid to express yourselves and have fun,” he advised. “Make the most of your stay, enjoy every moment, and build friendships.”
