UPDATE: ONDO AMOTEKUN DETAINS MASTERMINDS OF OWO CHURCH ATTACK
Some individuals have been detained in connection with the terrorist attack on St. Francis Catholic Church in Owo, according to the Ondo State Security Network Agency, dubbed “Amotekun Corps.”
On June 5, the alleged terrorist broke into the church, murdering at least 40 people and injuring several additional worshipers.
Adetunji Adeleye, the state commander of Amotekun, reported on Thursday that some suspects had been detained in relation to the homicide.
He did not, however, provide the precise number of suspects detained, only his guarantee that all those responsible for the worship center’s attacks would be caught.
