AKOD CELEBRATES LASU GOVERNING COUNCIL CHAIRMAN BABATUNDE OGALA AT 65

The Executive Chairman of Ikeja Local Government, Comrade Akeem Olalekan Dauda (AKOD), has congratulated the Chairman of the Governing Council of Lagos State University (LASU) and Apex Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ikeja Local Government, Barrister Babatunde Ogala, SAN, OFR, on the occasion of his 65th birthday.
In a congratulatory message issued on Tuesday, Dauda described Ogala as an outstanding legal luminary, accomplished statesman and committed democrat whose contributions to the legal profession, education and political development have earned him widespread respect and admiration.
The council chairman commended Ogala’s unwavering commitment to justice, integrity and selfless public service, noting that his leadership has continued to strengthen the APC in Ikeja and beyond.
He also lauded Ogala’s stewardship as Chairman of the Governing Council of Lagos State University, describing it as a reflection of his administrative competence and dedication to educational development.
“On behalf of the government and people of Ikeja Local Government, I heartily congratulate our revered Apex Leader, Barrister Babatunde Ogala, SAN, OFR, on attaining the milestone age of 65. His life has been defined by excellence, integrity and unwavering dedication to the service of humanity.
“His invaluable guidance, mentorship and commitment to the progress of our party and community remain a source of inspiration to many of us. We are proud to celebrate a leader whose legacy continues to impact generations,” Dauda said.
The council boss prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the elder statesman, asking for sound health, long life, divine wisdom and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
He also joined family members, political associates, party faithful, friends and well-wishers across Lagos State in celebrating the legal icon, expressing confidence that the years ahead would bring him greater achievements and fulfilment.
