BANK FLAGS FAKE DOLLARS RECEIVED AS WEDDING GIFT BY PELLER

Popular content creator and streamer Peller has revealed that some of the dollar notes sprayed on him during his traditional wedding were counterfeit.

The TikTok star made the disclosure during a livestream with one of his American supporters, recounting how bank officials informed him that part of the foreign currency he received at the ceremony was fake when he attempted to deposit it.

Peller said he initially believed the cash gifts had made him an overnight millionaire and even recorded a celebratory video with the money before visiting the bank.

“When I got to the bank, they told me some of the dollars were fake. The people who gave me genuine money, I know them. But some people sprayed fake dollars,” he said.

He admitted the discovery came as a shock, explaining that he had returned home after the wedding convinced he had received a substantial amount of money.

“I got home after my wedding thinking I was already a millionaire. I even made a video showing the money, only to discover later that some of it was fake. That’s why I stopped talking about the dollars. Is it by force to spray money?” he added.

Peller questioned why anyone would bring counterfeit currency to a wedding, describing the act as unnecessary and disrespectful.

His revelation has since sparked reactions on social media, with many users expressing surprise while others found humour in the incident.
