BATURE RESIGNS AS KATSINA PILGRIM WELFARE BOARD CHAIRMAN

Alhaji Kabir Bature has resigned as Chairman of the Katsina State Pilgrim Welfare Board.

Bature, who was appointed to head the board by Governor Dikko Umar Radda in 2023, announced his resignation in a letter addressed to the Secretary to the Katsina State Government.

However, he did not state any reason for his decision to step down.

In the letter, Bature expressed appreciation to Governor Radda for the opportunity to serve the state, noting that his tenure on the board provided him with an avenue to dedicate himself to serving the people of Katsina.

He also thanked the state government and other stakeholders for their support and the opportunity to contribute to the development of the state.
