DAPO ABIODUN PRESENTS APC OGUN EAST PRIMARY RESULTS TO PRESIDENT TINUBU

Dapo Abiodun has presented the official results of the All Progressives Congress primary election for the Ogun East Senatorial District to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement on Tuesday, Abiodun said he visited the Presidential Villa to formally submit the outcome of the primary election, while expressing appreciation for the process and the support of party stakeholders.
He said the exercise demonstrated strong internal cohesion within the ruling party, noting that the successful conduct of the primaries reflected the unity, strength, and democratic values of the APC.
The governor also commended President Tinubu for what he described as inclusive democratic reforms within the party, particularly the adoption of direct primaries, which he said allowed members to freely participate in selecting candidates.

Abiodun added that the process gave party members a stronger sense of ownership and belonging within the political structure.
He further expressed gratitude to party leaders, stakeholders, and supporters across Ogun East for their confidence in him, pledging continued commitment to service, development, peace, and inclusiveness in the state.
The governor reaffirmed his dedication to sustaining development across Ogun State while ensuring broader opportunities for residents.
He also appreciated the support and solidarity of party members, saying it had played a key role in advancing the shared vision of the party in the state.
