Jude Okoye Denies Financial Misconduct, Royalty Diversion Allegations
Former P-Square manager and music executive, Jude Okoye, has denied allegations of financial misconduct and royalty diversion made against him by his younger brother, Peter Okoye.
In a video released on Sunday, Jude maintained that all royalty payments and financial distributions were handled in accordance with existing agreements and were properly documented.
Responding to claims that more than $1.2 million in royalties had been diverted, he said the allegations had already been investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and are currently the subject of ongoing court proceedings.
Jude also denied claims that Peter was removed as a signatory to the company’s bank accounts or denied access to royalty records, describing the allegations as false.
According to him, bank records, financial documents and digital evidence have already been submitted before the court as part of the case.
He urged the public to disregard comments circulating on social media, stressing that he would allow the court to determine the facts of the matter.
The latest development comes amid the prolonged dispute between the Okoye brothers over business and financial issues, a rift that has continued to attract widespread public attention.
