Preliminary investigations revealed that the victims had been abducted from different locations across the Dandume, Bakori and Funtua areas of Katsina State.
The rescued victims were handed over to the appropriate authorities for further assistance and reunification with their families.

It assured residents that troops would sustain pressure on terrorist elements and intensify operations to protect communities across the North-West.
The command also urged members of the public to continue providing timely and credible information to security agencies to support ongoing operations.
