TINUBU OUTPERFORMED ALL DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED PRESIDENTS – APC

The National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, Felix Morka, has claimed that President Bola Tinubu has performed better than all democratically elected Nigerian presidents during their first terms in office.
Morka said Tinubu inherited an economy that was in a “complete mess” but had managed to turn the situation around through the policies implemented by the APC-led administration.
He made the assertion on Monday during an interview with Channels Television while defending the Tinubu administration’s performance, insisting that its achievements were evident in the available records.

According to Morka, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has outperformed any president in his first term. He has outperformed any democratically elected president in this country in their terms.”
He argued that the economic indicators spoke for themselves, adding that the administration had made significant progress in restoring the country’s macroeconomic stability.
Morka also described former President Muhammadu Buhari as a “stopgap president,” saying his administration was focused on preventing the country from deteriorating further after what he termed 16 years of “horrific maladministration” under the Peoples Democratic Party.
He said Buhari’s administration had stabilised the country and created an opportunity for Tinubu to take over.
Morka further claimed that Tinubu’s performance had reached a point where some of his critics were beginning to acknowledge the administration’s achievements, adding that Nigeria had “come out of the woods” at the macroeconomic level.
