VIDEO: INDONESIA ARRESTS MALAYSIA AIRLINES PILOT OVER ALLEGED DRUG SMUGGLING

Indonesian authorities have released footage showing the arrest of a Malaysia Airlines pilot at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta International Airport on July 29 over an alleged attempt to smuggle 26kg of ecstasy and a small quantity of methamphetamine.
According to officials, customs officers selected the pilot for additional screening despite his use of the flight crew’s fast-track lane.
The search reportedly uncovered more than 70,000 ecstasy pills hidden inside his luggage.
Investigators also said they recovered a bottle containing urine, which they believe was intended to manipulate the results of a drug test.
