The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has not awarded the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) title to Senegal.
Reports claiming that CAS has declared Senegal champions are false, while the accompanying graphic circulating online is fabricated.

The matter remains under legal review, and no final ruling has been issued by the court. Until CAS delivers its official decision, Morocco remains the recognised winner of the 2025 AFCON.
