A car wash employee was detained by members of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) after he stole a 2012 Toyota Camry that had been given to him for cleaning in Isheri, Lagos.
Issa Muhammed, a 22-year-old suspect, was apprehended on September 9, 2023, in the Agege neighbourhood of Lagos State, where he had parked the vehicle to connect with a buyer.
