POLICE ARREST FOUR SUSPECTED CULTISTS OVER MURDER IN LAGOS

Operatives of the Tactical Squad of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested four suspected cultists in connection with the murder of a 30-year-old man identified as Kamoru.
The suspects, Raphael Ashim, 30; Wasiu Kareem, 33; Sadiq Olabisi, 40; and Ibrahim Abdul, 22, were apprehended on July 17, 2025, at about 4:40 p.m. in their hideout in Ebute Meta following credible intelligence.
Police investigations linked the quartet to the recent killing of Kamoru, while a manhunt has been launched to apprehend other members of the gang still at large.
The command assured that the suspects will be charged to court upon conclusion of investigations, reiterating its resolve to rid Lagos of violent crimes and cult-related activities.
