REGINA DANIELS’ BROTHER, SAMMY, GRANTED BAIL AFTER DAYS IN DETENTION
Sammy, the younger brother of popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has been granted bail after spending several days in detention.
Reports indicate that Sammy was initially remanded by a Dutse Magistrate’s Court and held at Keffi Prison before being transferred to Suleja Prison. His release on bail was confirmed on Monday, November 10, 2025.
Following the court’s decision, Sammy’s elder brother, who goes by the Instagram handle @Sweezzy1, announced the development in a celebratory post that read, “Sammy, you are a great man. Bail has been granted! Nigerians, thank you.”
The news was also confirmed by activist MamaPee, who shared a video outside the courtroom, expressing relief and joy over the court’s ruling.
Sammy’s arrest followed reports of a dispute involving his sister, Regina Daniels, and her husband, Senator Ned Nwoko. He was reportedly detained over allegations of intimidation and harassment linked to the ongoing family conflict.
Details of the bail conditions, including the amount and terms, were not immediately disclosed.
The development has generated reactions across social media, with fans and supporters expressing mixed opinions and calling for transparency and fairness in the ongoing legal matter.
