2027: ‘BEHAVE YOURSELF’ – SEYI TINUBU SLAMS ISAAC FAYOSE OVER CRITICISM OF CITY BOYS’ WALK IN PORT HARCOURT

By: Muftau Fatimo
Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, has criticised businessman Isaac Fayose over his comments mocking the Port Harcourt City Boy walk, urging him to stop seeking attention using the President’s name.
In a post on his Instagram handle on Sunday, Seyi told Fayose to “behave yourself”, insisting that the gathering was a peaceful demonstration of support for the Tinubu administration by young Nigerians.
He maintained that the walk was organised by youths who believe in the President’s administration and have the right to express their support through peaceful gatherings, singing and public demonstrations without being insulted.
Recall that Isaac Fayose, younger brother of former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, had earlier ridiculed the Port Harcourt walk, questioning the size of the crowd and the purpose of the gathering, which he described as a waste of time.
Reacting to the criticism, Seyi said Fayose had no reason to attack the event, stressing that young Nigerians should be allowed to exercise their right to support the President without unnecessary hostility.
He urged Fayose to respect the choices of youths who participated in the gathering, adding that those who disagreed with the event should simply stay away rather than attempt to discourage others.
