JUST IN: FAYOSE CELEBRATES TAMBUWAL’S CANDIDATE’S DEFEAT IN SOKOTO (VIDEO)
Former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, has expressed happiness over the loss of the Peoples Democratic Party Governorship Candidate in Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal.
He celebrated the incumbent Governor’s loss in a video making rounds on Social media on Monday also tagging him a ‘Betrayal’.
Fayose however, celebrated the governor-elect of Sokoto State, Aliyu Tambuwal on his victory while congratulating the other candidates on their victory in the just concluded governorship election.
He said, “I’m so excited celebrating the victory of Ahmed Aliyu, the All Progressives Congress’ governorship candidate and also congratulate other candidates for their victory in the election. I wish you all a very happy Tenure.”
“I’m so excited particularly on the loss of Governor Tambuwal’s candidate in Sokoto,” He added.
Recall that sometime in October 2018, Fayose expressed his regret in the failure of Aminu Tambuwal to emerge as the PDP presidential Candidate while stating that he supports Nyesom Wike, his Rivers state Counterpart at the time to ensure the emergence of Tambuwal.
