Arsenal crushed UEFA Champions League holders Real Madrid 3-0 in the first leg of their quarter-final match at the Emirates Stadium on April 8, 2025.
Declan Rice stole the show with two incredible free-kick goals, while Mikel Merino added a third to seal a dominant win for the Gunners.
Rice scored two stunning free-kicks, one bending around the wall and into the net in the 58th minute, and another thunderous strike into the top corner in the 70th minute.
Merino scored Arsenal’s third goal in the 75th minute, hooking a first-time shot into the far corner after a clever pass from Myles Lewis-Skelly.
