{JUST IN} 2023 ELECTION: COURT CLEARS JONATHAN TO CONTEST PRESIDENCY
Former President Goodluck Jonathan is now able to run for president in 2023, according to the Federal High Court in Yenagoa.
The decision was handed down by Justice Isa Hamma Dashen, the presiding judge, on Friday.
Jonathan’s right to run for president again, he added, cannot be thwarted by any retroactive legislation.
