Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr has arrived at the club’s training ground to undergo medical tests ahead of the team’s preseason preparations, despite ongoing uncertainty over his future.
The Brazilian forward is expected to complete his medical before taking part in his first training session under new manager Jose Mourinho.
Vinicius Jr has been strongly linked with a summer move to Arsenal, with his current contract entering its final months. Talks over a new deal with Real Madrid have reportedly stalled for more than a year.
Also arriving at Valdebebas was new signing Bernardo Silva, who recently joined the Spanish giants on a free transfer following the expiration of his contract with Manchester City.
