VIDEO: LAGOS POLICE SUMMON OFFICERS INVOLVED IN VIRAL VIDEO

The Lagos State Police Command has acknowledged a video involving some of its officers and has commenced an investigation into the incident.
The Command confirmed that the officers featured in the video have been identified as personnel attached to the Makinde Divisional Headquarters.
Following the directive of the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Tijani Fatai, psc, mnips, the officers have reported at the Command Headquarters and are currently being interviewed as part of the ongoing investigation.
The Command assured the public that the investigation will be conducted thoroughly and that appropriate action will be taken based on the findings.
The police also urged members of the public to remain calm as the investigation continues.
