Popular TikTok personality Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, has revealed that he has formally fulfilled traditional marriage rites by paying the bride price of his partner, Elizabeth Aminata, during a family introduction ceremony.

The social media star shared moments from the event in a video posted on his Instagram page on Sunday.

In the footage, Peller is seen dressed in traditional attire consisting of a white shirt, George wrapper, and red coral beads, while Jarvis appeared in a red wrapper complemented by matching coral accessories and a beaded crown.

Announcing the milestone, Peller wrote: “Today, I proudly paid the bride price of the woman I love.

“A beautiful journey has officially begun, and I’m grateful to both families for their blessings. She said ‘yes’ to forever, and now it’s time to build our future together.

“Officially off the market.”

The couple, who command millions of followers online, gained popularity through their collaborative TikTok and livestream content before their friendship evolved into a romantic relationship.

The traditional introduction comes just weeks after Peller proposed to Jarvis at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra, Ghana, where she accepted his proposal.

Videos from the beachfront engagement, which quickly went viral, showed the couple surrounded by elaborate decorations and romantic lighting.

The proposal marked the second time Peller had publicly asked Jarvis to marry him. In December 2024, he proposed during a gathering with family and friends, although Jarvis later described the ring as a promise ring and suggested that marriage was not yet imminent.

She eventually confirmed their engagement during a television interview in July 2025, saying the proposal had come as a surprise.

The couple’s relationship has attracted significant public attention over the years, including a highly publicised breakup episode in late 2025 that later appeared to be resolved.

The latest ceremony signals another major step in their journey toward marriage.
