2019 U-17 AFCON TROPHY: GOLDEN EAGLETS KNOCKED OUT

Nigeria’s Golden Eaglets have missed out in the race to win the ongoing U17 AFCON 2019 championship in Tanzania, after they were knocked out by their Guinean counterparts in the semi-final tie on Wednesday.
Nigeria was defeated 10-9 on penalties after the two teams were both tied 0-0 at regulation time.
The Manu Garba led-side has however qualified for the 2019 U-17 world cup in Brazil after making it to the semi-final stage.
