An Abuja Chief Magistrate Court has summoned Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, over allegations of criminal intimidation. These allegations were leveled against him by Olayinka Osagie Onobun, the Head of A&R at Chocolate City Music. The court summoned the rapper as a response to these serious allegations.
In a court summons dated November 3, 2025, Chief Magistrate Farida Ibrahim ordered the rapper to appear in person before the court on November 6, 2025. The court summond rapper is required to respond to the charges brought against him by the complainant.
According to the petition filed by Pelumi Olajengbesi, counsel to Onobun, the music executive accused Odumodublvck, the court summond rapper, of using social media posts. These posts were on X (formerly Twitter). Allegedly, they were used to threaten and intimidate him.
The petition urged the court to issue a criminal summons against the rapper to enable a thorough investigation and possible prosecution of the alleged offense. In doing so, the court summond rapper will be closely scrutinized for the claims made against him.
As of press time, neither Odumodublvck nor his legal representatives had publicly commented on the court’s summons.
