PETER OBI CASTS VOTE IN ANAMBRA GOVERNORSHIP ELECTION

Former Anambra State Governor and presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the 2023 general election, Mr. Peter Obi, has cast his vote at Polling Unit 019, Umudim Akasi Agulu 2, Ward 8, during the ongoing Anambra State governorship election.
Obi joined other residents on Saturday to exercise his civic right as voting commenced across the state amid tight security and peaceful conduct in several polling units.
The election features 16 candidates from 16 political parties contesting for the governorship seat, including the incumbent, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), who is seeking re-election.
