LAGOS GOVT HONOURS 17 RETIRED PERMANENT SECRETARIES AT 2025 PENS-DOWN CEREMONY (PHOTOS)

The Lagos State Government, through the Office of the Head of Service, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, held the 2025 Pens-Down Ceremony in honour of 17 retired Permanent Secretaries who have completed their service in the state’s public sector.
The ceremony, currently ongoing at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, The Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, brought together top government officials, senior civil servants, family members, and well-wishers to celebrate the retirees for their years of dedicated service, leadership, and contributions to the growth of Lagos State.
The event featured tributes, presentations, and commendations highlighting the accomplishments and legacies of the departing Permanent Secretaries, with officials praising their commitment to excellence and public service.
Present at the event were dignitaries from various Ministries, Departments and Agencies were present to honour the retirees and reflect on their impact within the Lagos State Public Service.
