800 NIGERIANS DEPORTED FROM NIGER MOVED FOR DOCUMENTATION, SCREENING

Nigerian security agencies have received about 800 deported nationals from Niger Republic at the Jibia-Magama border in Katsina State.
According to an operational report obtained by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Sunday, the returnees — including men, women, and children — arrived around 9:30 a.m. in eight buses.

“The deportees are currently being profiled by officials of the Nigeria Immigration Service, Nigeria Customs Service, the Police, and other intelligence agencies,” the report stated.
The process is aimed at ensuring proper documentation and conducting security checks.
Following the exercise, the returnees will be transported to Kano State for further action.
