Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has suggested that Arsenal could be crowned Premier League champions without playing another match.

Speaking on his Sky Sports podcast, Neville predicted that Manchester City could drop points against Bournemouth in their upcoming fixture.

Arsenal strengthened their title push on Sunday with a 1–0 win over West Ham, moving five points clear of City.

The Gunners still have two matches left against Burnley and Crystal Palace, while Pep Guardiola’s side are scheduled to face Crystal Palace, Bournemouth, and Aston Villa.

Neville believes City’s trip to Bournemouth could ultimately decide the destination of the trophy.

“I think City beat Palace, I think Arsenal beat Burnley, and I think Arsenal win it on Tuesday night, May 19, by City not doing the job at Bournemouth,” he said.
