A source disclosed to Hotjist.com that the conditions which must be met by the Nigerian government as follows:

5. Standby buses that will immediately convey them to the Airport.
Several Nigerians, majorly students, have been stranded at the Waad Alifah border town in Sudan, since Thursday last week.
Due to diplomatic bureaucracy, the evacuees were not allowed into the Egyptian territory, via the city of Aswan.
Also, a second batch of evacuees who left the Sudanese capital of Khartoum yesterday are currently stuck in the city of Artaba.
The drivers of the buses conveying the evacuees insist that they have not been fully paid and cannot continue the journey until they receive their balances.
The second batch is said to be heading towards Port Sudan which is about 1,750kms away from Khartoum, a journey expected to take two days.
