The Kano State High Court, presided over by Justice Usman Mallam Na’Abba, reversed its ruling and vacated the earlier decree affirming Abdullahi Ganduje’s suspension from his position as national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
This reversal follows the acquisition of a court order suspending Ganduje from his position as the party’s chairman by Haladu Gwanjo and Laminu Sani Barguma, who represented themselves as the chairman and secretary of the APC Ganduje Ward in the Dawakin Tofa Local Government area of the state.
