2025 CHILDREN’S DAY: LASPARK UNLOCKS FREE PACK ACCESS FOR CHILDREN
In a special celebration of Children’s Day on May 27, the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) is offering free entry to all children aged 0 to 15 at its parks across the state. The initiative aims to encourage outdoor recreation, foster a love for nature, and promote quality family bonding in a safe and engaging environment.
LASPARK is urging parents and guardians to seize this unique opportunity to bring their children to any of the designated parks, where they can enjoy fresh air, explore natural surroundings, and participate in leisure activities.
The participating parks include: Muri-Okunola Park in Victoria Island; Johnson Jakande Tinubu Park in Ikeja; Dr. Finnih Park in Opebi; Rafiu Jafojo Park in Shasha, Akowonjo; Gani Fawehinmi Park in Ojota; Tunji Braithwaite Park in Dolphin Estate; Jibowu Park in Jibowu; Badagry Park in Badagry; Peace Park in Ojota; Ikorodu Park in Ebute-Ikorodu; and Encourage Park in Osborne.
This gesture underscores LASPARK’s unwavering commitment to creating child-friendly spaces and promoting environmental wellness. Children’s Day provides a perfect occasion to celebrate young lives with enriching and meaningful experiences, and families are encouraged to make lasting memories while enjoying the spirit of childhood.
